Functional Description

The ODEMapster Wizard plugin adds to the NeOn Toolkit the functionality to execute existing mappings (expressed in R2O language), using the ODEMapster processor. This plugin supports the full set of R2O primitives, and it works with OWL/RDF(S) ontologies and with MySQL/ORACLE databases.

R2O is an extensible and declarative language to describe mappings between relational database (DB) schemas and ontologies. ODEMapster is the processor in charge of carrying out the exploitation of the mappings defined using R2O, performing both massive and query driven data upgrade.
